At Havenwood Dahlias, every tuber we send is a reflection of our care, intention, and love for growing. We are committed to providing healthy, viable dahlia tubers and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Our Promise

Each tuber is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it has at least one viable “eye” and is in healthy condition at the time of packing.

Because dahlias are a living product, outcomes can vary depending on growing conditions, storage, weather, and care after arrival.

Upon Arrival

Please open and inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If there are any concerns, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the tubers and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

We offer replacements or refunds under the following conditions:

  • Tubers arrive damaged, rotted, or unusable upon delivery

  • You notify us within the 3-day window with photo documentation

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the tuber (if available), or

  • Issue a refund for the affected item

Non-Eligible Situations

Due to the nature of dahlia tubers, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Failure to sprout due to growing conditions

  • Damage caused by frost, heat, improper storage, or planting practices

  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect viability

  • Orders where we were not contacted within the 3-day window

Shipping Disclaimer

We are not responsible for damage caused during transit delays or weather conditions once the package has left our care.

By placing an order, you acknowledge the risks associated with shipping live plant material.
